Costa Rican Adventures

The Melleruk pre-school has been successfully completed.  This schoolhouse was raised from the ground up!  The amazing work by the community and Tawonga students made it happen.  We were organized and energetic.  We worked with passion and love.  We collaborated to make a vision turn into a reality.

 Danilo an Indigenous community leader from Ditsowo came out to thank everyone.  He said during his thanks “War does not accomplish things.  Love however, can accomplish anything.  I see here that you all put love into this project and it shows.”  He said this in 3 languages (Bri-Bri, Espanol and English).  It was a moving moment that sealed this epic project.  It was one of those gigantic moments.  
Then we shot a glorious group photo!Thank you!  To all who believe in change and actually make it happen.
